EventSource 인터페이스의 withCredentials 읽기 전용 속성은
EventSource 객체가 CORS 자격 증명이 설정된 상태로 인스턴스화되었는지 나타내는
불리언 값을 반환합니다.

EventSource 객체가 CORS 자격 증명이
설정된 상태로 인스턴스화되었는지(true)
또는 아닌지(false, 기본)를 나타내는 불리언 값.
